No audio today, not in the mood.

A white box of padded envelopes, huge and intimidating as an iceberg, now sits in my office, waiting for me to write – illustrate – print – collect from the printer – then distribute – this book.

I do like a deadline. It’s fun to have set myself this challenge. And what a relief to think about postage, rather than the contents of the book.

Every day I think, I have to stop, this is stupid.

And yet I carry on.
