I stayed at a rental property. The kitchen was striking to look at, because almost all the colour was in the rug.
I sat by the window and sketched it (I’m dimly reflected in the back of the cooker).
Later, in artificial light, I drew the living room in the same property:

I sent both drawings to the property owner, who I’d not actually met. The extremely positive nature of her reaction made me laugh out loud.
