I like Soutine. It was founded by Jeremy King, who I once interviewed for someone else’s obituary.
Later, I listened to him talking about his career on a terrific Spectator podcast about food.
On the night I drew this picture, there were four of us.
Two of us ordered Swiss Souffle, two ordered Chicken Schnitzel. We shared side orders of fries, spinach and French beans. I bet you are glad to know that.
