When I stand here the sun sets behind me – if you see what I mean – and the most extraordinary light falls on buildings at the end of the road.
Sometimes, the windows shine pale green. Other times they are flooded with the orangey-purple of the sky behind me.
Today, I was stunned by the brightness of the yellow and orange on the buildings.
