Wrapping, slowly

Quick update from the wrapping station. I am continuing – slowly – to wrap copies of A Speccy Man Has a Breakdown, each one with an A5 art print tucked inside.

They’re wrapped in brown paper to slide more easily into a padded envelope, and for a bit more protection on the journey.

Eighty-seven done, and ticked off:

The patron list. Red ticks: wrapped and in envelopes. The rest, still to do.

The names with red ticks are the ones now wrapped and waiting to be posted. The rest are still to come.

I am sorry to have taken so long – but here we are. This is the progress so far.

The bit that worries me a little is the next stage: making sure I don’t send anyone’s parcel to the wrong address. A few people have asked me to send theirs to someone else – a friend, a gift, a different address – and a few have told me they will be out of the country for a while. Not complaining. Just something I will need to handle carefully, and it does make me a touch slower than I would like.
