That is Joel in the middle, looking at his own portrait with Andrew Clover, who is also in the show.

Most of these portraits show a person in a room that belongs to them. This one doesn’t – Joel and Phil are hot-desking at a table that isn’t really either of theirs. If it feels less personal than the others, that is the point.
