Thinking about Micro-Memoir?

Several printed Micro-Memoirs spread out on a cutting mat beside a keyboard and a pair of glasses, each with a photograph on the cover. Text across the picture reads: A handful of Micro-Memoirs.

If you’re wondering whether to join Micro-Memoir this November, I’m sending a short email a day this week to help you decide. Each one takes a question people ask before they book – whether they dare, whether they need pictures, whether they have the time, whether their life is interesting enough – and answers it.

They run from Monday 26 October until doors close at 9pm on Sunday 1 November. Then they stop. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Send me this week’s emails

After you click, you’ll see a page from Buttondown, which sends my emails. Then check your inbox for a confirmation email, and click the link in it. Nothing arrives until you do.

The course, in brief

Monday 2 November. Day one arrives. One email a day after that, about fifteen minutes of work, and no new lesson at weekends, so you can catch up.
Thursdays, 7pm to 8pm UK. An hour with me on Zoom, recorded for anyone who can’t come.
Tuesday 1 December. Day thirty: you order your book from the printer, in time for Christmas.
£350. Printing is paid separately, direct to the printer.
