Subject: The proposal
Andrew, Jonathan,
Here is what I’m proposing: a template version of the series, built so that any member firm can deploy it with their own leader’s name and photograph in place. Four regional variants — Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa/Middle East/South Asia. Delivered Mailchimp-ready. Ready for May.
The book was one investment. This multiplies it. Every member firm receives an enduring marketing asset — professionally conceived, ready to use repeatedly — that firms of their size almost never have access to. If a single client at a single firm asks for a cross-border referral as a result, the series has paid for itself. Multiply that across the network, and it isn’t a marketing expense. It’s infrastructure.
The project fee is £10,000, in three monthly instalments.
I should say plainly who is making this proposal. I’m the author of seven books and a former writer and editor at the Financial Times and the Sunday Times. What I bring isn’t just the ability to write — many people can do that now. It’s the ability to conceive something: to see what needs to exist and build it so that it works as a whole. You’ve just spent five days experiencing an example of that.
I’m available for a call any time in the week of 2nd March. Just say the word.
