I was very lucky to go to Bristol University, because that’s where I met Harriet Green. Now our apotheosis has arrived in the shape of a two-page feature in the alumni magazine.

Finally, thanks to the editors of this excellent magazine, I get to tell the world how lucky I am that a fellow called John Yates wasn’t able to make it to H’s birthday party – and that I was invited instead.
