My email policy

As with any form of communication, it’s helpful to have clear terms of engagement. As a rule, with everyday emails, I aim to:

1. Keep messages short
2. Use clear requests
3. Tell you if no reply is needed
4. Avoid using attachments
5. Assume the best, not the worst, if I hear nothing from you
