Your duty-free zine from A Speccy Man

Here’s how to make your zine. It takes about a minute.

This is a small foldable zine I made as a duty-free thank you to readers outside the UK who ordered my book A Speccy Man Has A Breakdown. If a friend sent you here, welcome – you can print and fold one too.

First, download your duty-free zine here.

Then print it out (single-sided, on A4). Fold and crease carefully along every line between the panels – all the horizontals and all the verticals.

Then use scissors or a craft knife to make a single cut along the line between the four central panels, like this:

Having made the cut, fold your zine like this:

The first page is the one that says “Customs Duties”. Then turn the pages like any other little book:

If you’d like to see the book that started all this, it’s here. And if you make a zine, I’d love to see it – send me a photo by email or tag @flintoff on Instagram.
