Mental Health Awareness Week is all about raising awareness and promoting better mental health.

If I hadn’t had the opportunity to talk openly about my own mental health difficulties, I might not be here today. Now I talk about my experience, using drawings I made during my breakdown and afterwards, in hope it might help others avoid the worst.

If you are based in London, and would like me to speak at your office on the afternoon of 18 May, please book now. I can be with you at any time between 3pm and 8pm, but the session usually only takes an hour.
