Men’s Health Week is all about raising awareness of men’s physical and mental health.
If I hadn’t had the opportunity to talk openly about my own mental health difficulties, I might not be here today. Now I talk about my experience, using drawings I made during my breakdown and afterwards, in hope it might help others avoid the worst.
If you are based in London, and would like me to speak at your office in the morning of 10 June please book now. I can be with you at any time between 9am and 11.30am, but the session usually only takes an hour.
